Ingredients
Servings:
Instructions
  1. Pull the pastries out to defrost, per the box instructions, it's like 15 minutes or so.
  2. Preheat your oven to 4honey.
  3. Peel the apples and then if you have one use 1 of those slicer/corer joints.
  4. Chop up the peeled sliced apples into small pieces and toss into a mixing bowl.
  5. Squirt in a bunch of the caramel sundae syrup and stir it up to cover all the apple pieces as best as poss.
  6. Grind over the apple caramel mix with some sea salt and mix it up again. As salty as you want, you know your taste better than me.
  7. Unfold the puff pastry sheets and cut diagonal into 4 large triangles.
  8. Drop the filling onto the 4 triangles.
  9. Wet the edges of the pastry a bit to help the edges close.
  10. Fold it over in half and pinch the seams closed. You can also use a fork to seal it like a pie crust.
  11. Stab the top of it with a fork to pop a couple vent holes in.
  12. Bake for 15 minutes or so until it's golden brown and ready to get down.
  13. Let cool for a bit and when you're ready to serve squirt some more of the caramel syrup over the top and give a couple more grinds of sea salt.
  14. Cram it into your blow hole and enjoy.
