This is a pretty good stuffing but mostly people love it for the novelty. It's surprisingly good and it's really easy and quick to slap together.
If you're really feeling froggy you can go ahead and toss a couple ounces of chestnuts into a food processor, smash to oblivion and mix it in as well. I use that to kick it up a bit for the holidays.
If you try to do this when the burgers are still frozen they won't absorb the chicken broth well and it doesn't turn out great.
I'm not one to stuff a bird but feel free to jam it up your birds ass if that's how you wanna cook it.
